PAYMENTS:
- For booking of tour we would require 30% of total tour cost as an advance payment to proceed with hotel bookings etc. Apart from the 30% tour cost we would also need full amount for air / train ticket bookings that are required to be issued. After we receive advance payment we will proceed with hotel bookings and other arrangements for your tour and keep you updated. Balance 70% should be paid before 25 days of arrival.
Refund & cancellation Policy:
- 30 days before of service start 20% of the package cost to be deducted
- 18-29 days before departure-30% of tour cost
- 10-17 days before departure-50% of tour cost to be deducted
- 5-9 days before of service start 80% of total cost to be deducted
- 48-4 days before of service start 90% of tour cost to be deducted
- before 48 hours of the service start 100% of tour cost to be deducted
